It's good for us to express our worship in all kinds of different ways in the Church. While many of us would expect a church service to have a fairly high level of structure and formal liturgy, 'SOAK' offers a much more relaxed arena.

The focus is largely on worship through music, and the music is contemporary and modern, led by a band rather than on the organ. There will be element of teaching at 'SOAK', but that may be on DVD rather than live.  There is space at 'SOAK' to hear from other people about what God might be doing in their lives.  And then the chance to chat through some of the issues raised with other people, all over refreshments.

'SOAK' is open to absolutely anyone who thinks they may appreciate the space that it offers.  Typically we have had a number of people coming to 'SOAK' from other Churches and denominations, and that's brilliant!

Paul is responsible for 'SOAK' and is always looking for musicians to play with the band! Please get in touch with him if you would like to join in.

The next 'SOAK' will be at St Hugh's, Coach Road, on Sunday, December 30th, starting at 6pm, aiming to be finished by no later than 8pm.
